Return Policy for Gray Wolf Records & Productions

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Each shirt is made-to-order & to our high standards. However, if there is an issue with your shirt we want to make it right. If you’re not happy with your item(s), we offer a straightforward return policy:

15-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 15 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Contact us at hello@graywolfrecords.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.  

2. Pack the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip or order confirmation.  

3. Ship the Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to us.

4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within [5-7 business days]. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Eligible Items

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed).  

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or we sent the wrong item. In such cases, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the item’s purchase price, excluding original shipping fees.  

Allow [5-10 business days] for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order. We’ll process the refund for the returned item once received.
